On average, processing takes between 1 to 5 business days, however we will always try our very best to dispatch your goods on the same day as you made the order. All orders are shipped via FedEx Economy (delivered within 1-3 days). For international orders, a customs duty will be incurred (the amount of which is determined by your country of residence). WHF is not responsible for the payment of this duty, nor can give you an estimate of this fee.
WHF is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address given by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise. WHF is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, WHF is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping and customs duty costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Merchandise in original saleable condition with all original tags attached may be refunded back to the original form of payment or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. WHF is not responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. Shoes that are returned with marked soles, without a box, or in a damaged box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer at his cost.
Goods that arrive in damaged condition or incomplete have to be reported within 48h upon arrival to our client service.
All returns or exchanges need to be announced and coordinated with our client service prior to dispatch. WHF is not responsible for extra charges due to incorrect documents of returned goods. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise, if the return wasn't validated by our client service.
